From our very first date on February 1st 2020, it was clear that this was something special. We spent the day laughing over brunch, playfully competing at mini golf, and getting to know more about one another. It was the perfect start to what would become a beautiful love story. Later that year, after specinding lockdown apart, Keenan told Ange he loved her. It was during a magical picnic, complete with a message in a time capsule containing the most heartfelt love note Ange had ever read. That moment was everything; romantic, meaningful, and filled with the kind of love you dreams are made of. As Christians, our faith has always been at the heart of our relationship. A memory that is dear to us both was celebrating six months of knowing eachother with our first all-night prayer together. It felt like we were building the kind of foundation we could only hope for; one grounded in God’s love. On August 24th 2020, Keenan officially asked Ange to be his girlfriend. He planned an evening so breathtakingly romantic, including a candlelit dinner adorned with rose petals, a massive card filled with his loving words, and a banner that boldly asked the important question. Ange said yes with her whole heart, knowing this was the start of something eternal. Ours is a love that has grown despite the miles between us. Being in a long-distance relationship has taught us to be intentional, to cherish every call, every message, and every moment we spend together. Through it all, we’ve leaned on our faith and each other, knowing that God has been writing this story all along. Now, as we prepare to become husband and wife, we look back on our journey with so much gratitude and love. This is not just our story, it’s a testament to God’s faithfulness. A love built on trust, prayer, and unwavering devotion.
